Great location, close to the center and felt safe. the room was a good size and comfortable.

The room did not match the pictures, not as modern. No aircon, it gets stuffy.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated directly on the Number 2 tram line, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The hotel is nestled in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who were always willing to assist. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also offered a delicious dining experience with a restaurant and snack bar on-site. The leisure facilities, such as the TV room, provided a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The impeccable service, convenient location, and excellent amenities make it an ideal choice for a visit to this city.

Overall reasonably clean property, it had perfect location and staff. We got room with functional decor and an amazing bathroom to relax. Nice lobby.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. We appreciated the convenience of the parking facilities and the easy access to transportation, especially the proximity to the u-Bahn. We stayed in a wonderful hotel that was just a short distance from the heart of the city. It was so convenient and right by the U2 metro station, which made exploring the city a breeze. With clean and well-kept rooms, a comfortable bed, and a lovely breakfast, we felt right at home. It was so convenient to have a mini-fridge in the room and access to an elevator.

The noise outside the hotel at night was a bit loud, but it didn't take away from our overall great stay.

One small improvement that could be made for the morning meal is to offer more variety for hot dishes.

Additionally, the hotel's location was incredible, allowing us to explore most places by foot, except for when it rained and we used the nearby subway. a wonderful experience.
